RETURNS |
| Euro Éxito Aloe S.L. grants the distributor the right to return the requested order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt thereof (according to Art. 102 of Law 3/2014 of March 27), subject to prior communication to Euro Éxito Aloe S.L. within that period. You may return the purchased item as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with its original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the distributor. In accordance with the law, returns of items that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in cases of defective merchandise. If the return occurs after this period, or if the item has been used, is damaged, or has a date less than 6 months before its expiration, the return cannot be accepted and you will not be entitled to a refund. Before making a return, the distributor must contact our sales department within the indicated period, where we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. No return will be processed that has not been previously communicated. Euro Éxito Aloe S.L. will not refund the amount or perform any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging, and accessories of the item subject to return or exchange have been verified. The price to be refunded is the one originally appearing on the order (provided that the same rate level is maintained; if the rate has changed during that period, the refund will be made at the current rate) and will be credited to the next invoice or in accordance with the payment method used by the distributor. |
